Apply online and you will be invited to perform an audition. This will be in front of the Open Mic judging panel, thus allowing live talent and ability to be judged appropriately. If successful you will be invited to perform at the Live Regional Final shows. Auditions will be starting again in August 2010 dates and venues are as follows;

Audition places are limited, so be quick not sorry! Registering well in advance will secure your audition and avoid disappointment. For an application to enter the competition go to the ‘to enter’ page now to secure your audition for 2010.

On the day of the audition you will be asked to prepare a performance of up to 2 minutes maximum in front of the professional Judging panel thus allowing live talent and ability to be judged appropriately. The audition can be a song of the contestant’s choice in any style or genre and can be a cover or an original. You will be required to sing accapella if performing a cover. Those with original material may use a backing track or guitar/keyboard (not supplied) to accompany them whether played by themselves or by a backing musician.
